A total of approximately 12,091 sq. ft. were surveyed over the TPO roof system. No areas of
moisture infiltration were found within the roof system during the infrared roof survey. One
roof core was taken during the survey and showed dry insulation.
Inspection complies with ASTM Standard C1153 – 10 “Standard Practice for Location of Wet
Insulation in Roof Systems Using Infrared Imaging”
