Analysis of Infrared Thermography Roof Survey
A total of approximately 12,925 sq. ft. were surveyed over the modified bitumen elastomeric coated roof
system. There are a number of areas of moisture infiltration indicated where marked on the roof. In
addition, the roof will require maintenance with the numerous condensation lines that need to be
extended to drain into gutters off of roof and scuppers/gutters that need to be cleaned. Repairs are
required in applicable areas.
Inspection complies with ASTM Standard C1153 – 10 “Standard Practice for Location of Wet Insulation in
Roof Systems Using Infrared Imaging”
